need help with a mod i downloaded!

Hey SMF members
I'm quite new to coding and i have been learning for a few weeks and i have downloaded this mod and i have remade this and all of SMF from scratch and yesterday i realized that the mod works only for the admin, other members with other ranks cannot post comments on profiles and neither read them

i was hoping i'd get help here
