Upgraded from 2.011 t0 2.012 and both installed mods no longer show as installed

Just did the upgrade from 2.0.11 and Menu Editor Lite and EU Cookies, the only two mods I had installed, stopped working. Looked in Package Manager and it doesn't even show them as being installed any longer, it shows "No mods currently installed".

I don't care about the EU Cookie mod, but I need the Menu Editor Lite.

Nevermind, I installed it again and it's back to working, now. I was afraid to try doing that, and then thought, what the heck, I backed up before the upgrade, go for it.
