could tell me one where in the database, the Forum Stats is deposited

Some are in smf_settings, I believe the rest are generated by script, not stored in db.

they are stored in the database, if they are not stored in the database then they dont exist.

I think that Sir Osis means that they are calculated on the fly

Some of them are, some of them are stored precalculated. Depends on the stat and what the OP would like to know.
