How to edit stuff in footer 1.1.19

Hey All,

I haven't been here in a long while. I just now saw that "Crip" passed away. So sad. RIP Crip.

Since I haven't used my forum in a while, I seem to have forgotten how to get into the footer to edit/remove stuff? I've been clicking everywhere to get to the code. What's the trick? I just have to remove an old ad and some verbiage under it.
