I need to upgrade, but can't due to error message.

I need help from someone smarter and braver than I am.
My board is currently at level 2.0.7.  I got this error when I tried to upgrade.  But didn't worry about it then.  Now I see I am way behind upgrading and believe that it needs to be done.

Can someone please assist me with this.  I am attaching a screenshot of my errors.
