Need to upgrade from 2.0.7/2.0.8

I've been a bad admin, and I haven't been keeping up with the updates.

My forum is small, but I'd like to get it back in shape again.  At one point I was getting bombarded by spammers, so I installed "KeyCAPTCHA for SMF", but somewhere along the line an upgrade broke it.  Now it's pretty much impossible for new users to register.

When I try to uninstall this package I get: "This package cannot be uninstalled, because there is no uninstaller!"

SO - if I just upgrade directly to 2.0.12 by using the "full upgrade" archive, will that resolve my problem?

If you don't have a lot of mods installed then yes the full upgrade would do the trick.

That's the only one - so thanks!  After I get it fully up to date I'll start adding some new ones in.
