Sponsored words in postings modification?

In some blogs and news e-mail i can see words that are linked to other pages or sponsors.
I would be interested to sell sponsored words that take the forum visitors to the sponsor page.
I think this would be a non intrusive, but effective for the advertiser, way to place ads on the page, even more so now when more and more people visit the forums on mobile devices, making banner ads harder to show and sell.

Is there already a modification for this, or would it be possible to arrange.

I wonder if "censored" words function would be possible to use as a start, to build on.
What would be needed is the possibility to link "sponsored" words to a given web address, and track the number of exposures and clicks.

In the forum it would look like this for the visitors and members.

In the first forum I entered, they were using "InfoLinks" (http://infolinks.com) and it was VERY annoying. TBH I don't know how it works, but the managers of that forum put Infolinks twice and that didn't last more than a week.

Maybe you can enable infolinks just for Guests, but it might require some code edit. I don't know any mod that completes the function you're looking for.

Well, people think banner ads are annoying also, maybe more so?
The links should be possible to adjust in order to be visible, but not annoying, that would be my goal if i had the competence to make this kind of mod anyway.
Maybe just bold, or cursive?

Is there a demo where i can see how it looks.
I also wonder if i can limit the "links" in one post.
If for example "Volvo" is written 10 times in one post, i would only want it to be highlighted once or twice.
Maybe even just one highlighted word/post even if there are miltiple words that are payed for?

Sent a pm with an admin side demo to test with.
At the moment it would link it multiple times. each time it is mentioned.
