Upgrade problem?

OK I have looked, searched, and been unable to find anything addressing this. My original install was 2.0.1.0 which was later upgraded to 2.0.11. Now that I have upgraded to 2.0.12 when I run a detailed version check I get mismatched version, which didn't happen before. The files that are coming up wrong are (with their version):

Calendar.php 2.0.11
Display.php 2.0.11
ManagePosts.php 2.0
Subscriptions-PayPal.php 2.0.10   <not worried so much about this unless it's a security risk.

And the following file is displaying this version#:

Subs-BBCode-YouTube.php    ??

For laughs I did a DB backup and ran the large upgrade along with the upgrade tool, no difference. Is it safe to just extract these files from a full .12 install file and drop them via ftp on the server?

we are aware some files that were patched did not get the versions updated. we will take care of getting them updated in the next patch.
