User Profile in Posts

I was wondering if someone could help me change the user profiles of people in posts,
from the default one (picture 1) to look something like the second picture

this is quite simple best way I can advise is look through the themes that have one similar to this and upload a copy of the Display.template.php to a copy of your theme or look at how that themes Display.template.php code does it and try and copy that.  Alternatively post your Display.template.php here from the theme you are using.  If you theme does not have one, then post a copy of the Display.template.php from the default theme.
