Database broken when upgrade - How to fix? please

Hi guys
I just went to my Forum and the following popped up...

Table './xxxxxxwriter/smf_writerlog_online' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
File: /home/xxxxx/public_html/forum/Sources/Subs.php
Line: 2673

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 2.0.12, while your database is at version 2.0.11. The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

Can anyone suggest how to fix this please?

Use phpmyadmin to repair the table.  It's in the mysql database section of your host control panel.

Yes, though much has been forgotten, Sir Osis remembers.  Sadly, Mr. Ed (real name Bamboo Harvester), passed away in 1970, leaving the world a lesser place.

Yes sad loss....  I am desperately trying to keep his spirit going with the odd snort through the nostrils and the pounding of the hoof.
