Shoutbox on Simple Portal stops working properly with 2.0.12 update

Just a heads-up.  Installed the 2.0.12 update and ShoutBox immediately stopped working.  Removed the update, and it's back to normal.

Admittedly old version of Simple Portal (2.3.6) but I somehow doubt updating it would help from what I've read about caching issues with .12
