forum doesnt clear read notification quick enough after SSL

Hello all,
I got this weird issue that i wonder if anyone else encounter.
after i enabled my forum to use SSL i noticed the the forum doesnt clear the notification fast enough .. so for example, if someone replied to a thread, it shows in the "unread replies since last visit" when i click on that, it shows the reply  with no issue, but if i click on "unread replies" again right away i still see the same thread that i just read. this wasnt happening when the forum did not have SSL

i also noticed the same thing yesterday in enabling core feature , for example, if i wanted to enable the calendar the green button to show its own doesnt show right away, if i wait 10-15 seconds and refresh the page, it shows the green button. what gives?

ok this was a caching issue. I disabled caching for now instead of it being lvl 1
