Update error from 2.0.11 to 2.0.12

Upgrading from v. 2.0.11 to 2.0.12 breaks the layout of one forum (forums.prosoundweb.com) but not another (repforums.prosoundweb.com). On the REP forum, the navigation bar under the login section displays fine in 2.0.12, but in the other forum, the navigation bar is hidden and doesn't function (see pics). The forums are hosted on the same server, with all environmental variables identical. Any ideas why this is happening?
