No symlink protection detected

I get this notice from WHM's Security Advisor, when I asked the host to fix the answer was:

You are getting that warning because your apache is compiled without the "Symlink Race Condition Protection".

If you want we can enable that module but it may have an adverse effect on your site's performance.

What should I do?
