how to add a facebook button like this in the forum?

hello all!
first time here....after many years,back to SMF.....

Could someone give me a clue,how to add some buttons like facebook and tweeter on the top right corner (or elsewhere),like in this forum here?
i was trying in the mods,but no luck..

i have full access in the smf,i case it needs some modifications....
