Message in new topic of a specific board.

I have been looking everywhere but didn't find so I will ask you folks.

We have a "For Sale" board but I would like to give the topic-starter the rules for this board every time the make a new topic in that board.

This can be a pop-up message or a redirection to a posting with the rules somewhere in the forum.

Is something like this possible or does it exist already?

Thanks very much Kindred for the quick reply but in both mods I miss the option to only use the mod in a specific board.
They both apply on the whole forum.

Now the moderators have to show almost every person that offers something in that board that they have to give there address and phone number.

I don't know either of the mods, specifically... so, I can't specfically tell you the code immediately.  Your bet bet would be to post in the support topic for the mod here (or over on the smf simple site for that one)

but the edit should be a single
if...
line to check the board ID near whatever code the mod adds in post.template.php

The mod Kindred posted from smf simple does allow you the option to choose only specific boards.

You can also try something like this mod as well which allows different board notes for whatever boards you choose to have notes or rules posted in-
