One post cost symbolic $0.01
Minimum payments for user bank - $1
User have - 100 posts on bank account .
For free users - only viewing...
If users not accept term, - ban!
It's good solution for all internet!

For admins - good finance support!

Ummmmm... no!   Pay per post?  That is just silly.   And there are much better ways already existing to stop spammers from even registering at all.
