Hello folks,

Our forum suddenly show an error with the database:

Database Error
Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.

Forum version: 2.0.12
Windows hosting package.
I cannot access the list of mods, but the latest I had installed were:
1. Avatars on Board and/or MessageIndex - http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=4107
2. Auto Tweet Embed - http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=3991

And after installation of the mods, everything went normal, forum worked like it should work.
Later, maybe after 12 hours of working normally the issue show up.

Please for your advise?
Sorry I am not able to list all of mods because the forum is not accessible at this moment.  :(

Kindred

well, I'd talk to your host first...  and check your database settings

if nothing else, replace the files with a clean set (see FAQ)

@Kindred thanks for your response.
I will contact our host provider and I will look the other tasks you had mentioned.

Later I will share my experience.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I am not able to access the files via ftp client.  :-\

Forum is back online but I have a big issue.
Suddenly my profile was erased/deleted from the database.

repair
warning
Number of rows changed from 791 to 790

That one row from repairing the database was my profile.  :(
Is there any chance to repair this?  :-[

Did you backup your database before running any maintenance scripts/tools?

Yes, we have backups but not from this month.  :-[

You might be able to salvage your user profile at least from an older backup.
