Accidently lost my admin password and my email password, can i do a solution?

Hey guys, unfortunately, i accidently lost my account password and my email password, so i can't login to my own forum, unless i can login on cpanel, anyone know how to re got my pw within re start all to 0? or i must simply ask to my cooperator to edit my account to add me a new pw?

the cooperator have the same high rank than me, his name is : HaRrY if not solution for fix my prob, i'il tell him to change my pw to a new one
