Delete text ( - Index) from the website title in tab browser tab

Hi there
i want to delete  text ( - Index) from the website  title in tab browser tab
as you can see in this picture



i want to delete  this text : - Index and to remain only Farming Simulator Romania
Please tell me from where can i do this thing ?

What version of SMF are you actually using?

Just delete what you don't want.  This should do it -
