A issue with theme install

i had install theme lover... and i changed some modification in theme CSS. i got 2 issues there is no logggin and i can't even login
second issue if another users can't even any option. new topic/reply/even go another option

can u help me to solved this problem

are you using SMF 1.1.* or SMF 2.0.* ?

then you should really consider upgrading to SMF 2.0. SMF 1.1* is no longer receiving security updates. also you will not get support as you removed the copyright somehow, which is not legal in that version.

With 1.1 it would be legal for SMF to contact the host to report copyright violation and get the account removed.
