how can enable left or right sidebar on a theme??

If I understood your question correctly, then by using a portal system, like Simple Portal would do the trick.

Like I said, you can use portal mod and add sidebar box with whatever you want (i highly suggest Simple Portal), or manually code the sidebar in index.template.php.

Just like to mention.   Other portals are available. http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=search;type=17  I dare say any of them will do what you need and more very nicely.
