Small problem in coding...

hey guys, i'm using a theme : Big Black Backwards
the theme is look's small, i've want to modify the largest, i've don't find it, so i've added on it index.css a thing but it's still no work, i've added :

.wrapper {
   margin: 0 auto;
   width: 100px;
   min-width: 960px;
}

but it's still no work , anyone can help me ? ty

change width to whatever you prefer, and that'll do it.
