Connection Problems error whenever I want to post new topic

Whenever I want to post new topic I am getting below error. I did not change anything on the server or the forum.

sounds like another weird mod_security issue

Very likely; it is not the first mod_security related issue I had

Unfortunately I was faced with such a problem. And yet, this may be due to errors with the proxy server, or a misconfigured proxy? Because I recently changed providers (advanced.name in my case), I think maybe the problem arose because of this.
