Topic in subject line mod?

Using version 2.0.13. Is there a mod which offers a pull down menu in the subject line where a topic may be chosen?

Not sure what you mean. The subject line when reading a thread? And which topics? From the particular board you're in? Wouldn't it be the same as clicking the link above the thread for the board you're in then clicking the topic you want (2 clicks vs clicking the dropdown box and then clicking the topic, also 2 clicks)? And where in the topic would you like it to go? First, last or newest unread post?

Well, the OP really should explain a little further, the WHY of the request...

but I assume that he doesn't want to allow users to pick their own thread title and wants to predefine the  choices that they can have...
not sure why anyone would want that...  but that seems to be what he is asking for
