Question about 2.0.13 update

Something I noticed straight away was that now the core SMF supports allowing guests to vote in polls, is this a new feature or is it a bug fix? I already know it is part of the upcoming beta release... but I believe it is something new in the 2.0 series, yes?

Fairly sure that's been there throughout all of 2.0.

Fairly sure it didn't exist in 1.1 owing to lack of storage facilities.
