Just upgraded from 2.0.12 to 2.0.13 abnd I get this error message when replying in a topic

Field 'edit_reason' doesn't have a default value
File: /var/www/studentforums/Sources/Subs-Post.php
Line: 1820

In that file there is no edit_reason field. What is happening?

That's what it's complaining about.

The database for messages says there is a column for an edit reason, and it expects that value when saving a message. Except the code doesn't give it one.

Tell the author of the edit reason mod about it, it's not a core SMF feature. Nor would it have been changed by the update itself.

I would uninstall the mod but I can't see which mod it is in the admin panel

One concerning reasons for editing, perhaps.

Or you already removed it and it didn't clean up properly.

Yjoml I fixed it. In database messages table set the null option for edit_reason to 'YES'

Even so, it would still be helpful to find the mod you used and mention it there so other people who might have had the same problem can get this answer.
