Re-arrange Topics ?

Is it possible to rearrange topics ?   I want to make Topic 2 , Topic 1 .

There is a way to sort them alphabetically or sort them in whatever order you want if they're pinned but that's the only two ways I know of.

In short, no... you can not define the order of topics.
They are always in automatic sort order, whether that be by last post date/time, alphabetical by title or something else that you must use a mod for...   it's still all automatic
