Need help lost our forum

Can anyone help me find or reset our members forum.
I use godaddy and we have a forum on our web site, Go daddy had us upgrade to a new web builder and I cannot find our simple machines forum now.
We are getting this message; Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

you'll have to talk to GoDaddy support since we have no idea what their "web builder" is or does...
