Newsletter message & topic

When I go to send a newsletter the same old newsletter message (and topic) I sent long ago always shows up and I have to delete it and put the new one in. Is there a way to change what message stays (is it a cache?) in the newsletter message? I would rather have a message that I use more often show up all the time than one I never use anymore. Thanks
