Capcha fault, causing registration failure

Hi guys.  First post so be kind. 

The Capcha system on the forum I'm looking after has faulted and no longed working, so new users can no longer sign up.  Within SMF I've looked in Admin > Configuration > Security and Moderation > Anti-Spam and it appears to be using the google based "reCAPTCHA" system.  It had stopped working a few weeks ago, so I generated new values (at www. google. com/ recaptcha/ admin), yet these are also not working.  Any ideas?

Make sure the domain is allowed in recaptcha the proper the domain that the captcha is hosted on.
And check that you updated the values in the mod's backend for private and public keys.
Also check that are no html coding errors on the page sometimes i see that breaks their captcha.
