Does anyone have the 2.0.12 installer? (just need it to go from .11 to .13)

Thanks to all the developers for maintaining SMF!  Is there any chance I can get the 2.0.12 installer so I can immediately upgrade to 2.0.13 without uninstalling all my mods? (I have 2.0.11 running right now.)

If not, anyone out there have the 2.0.12 installer they could PM a link to download?
