that mod is for SMF 2.0 RC3, which was released a long time ago. ideally it should work in SMF 2.0 but there were a lot of changes before SMF 2.0 gold release was made. as a result it looks like that mod no longer works with SMF 2.0.* and you will need to find another to do the job you want.
