I've broke my forum too many times to do it myself alone.

Right now I'm copying all the files from GoDaddy to my computer and then I'm gonna pasta it on the new host.
Also I just creating a .sql backup of the database which I'm not so sure how to use to restore the database and files. (step 2 of this http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Hosting_-_How_do_I_move_my_SMF_forum_to_a_different_host#msg706)

While it happens I'm trying to figure out how to use my GoDaddy domain on my new hoster. Do I have to delete whatever DNS I have on GoDaddy and move it to Clanwarz DNS editor? As I'm a bit too lost on this part. Thanks in advance.

Create a database + user on the new host, then use phpMyAdmin (should be in your hosts control panel) to restore your .sql backup in to that database.
Then use repair_settings.php if needed.

At GoDaddy, change the DNS nameservers of your domain to those of Clanwarz. If you don't know what their nameservers are, ask their support.
