Can you remove Posts: from 'I am a geek'?

So basically, I am adding a text to the I am a geek thing for Head admins, and I would like to know (I saw it on another forum) can you remove the Posts: label on the left.

Expample would be:

Posts: 1034 (normal)

Posts: I am a geek!! (geek)

So I would like to have it so it only says I am a geek!!

So like this:

I am a geek!! (no Posts in front.)

leet got removed, but this is still here. I changed that to my own text i just need to remove the Posts: l33t, and keep only l33t
