Sending Notification to Admin

I would like to be able to include a link in a post that would send a specific notification message to the admin when clicked. Is this possible? If so, how?

Well, I mean, you could look at the link to send a pm to the admin and paste that...


However, there is already a link in every post that reports the post to admins and moderators
