Unable to load ads template

I have not installed any ad management software recently yet yesterday I got this error, saying the ads template could not be loaded, and I am unable to log in anywhere. Has anyone else had this problem?

Do you have an ad management mod installed? If you do, your best bet would be to ask in the mod's support topic so hopefully the mod author, or someone that uses the mod, can help you
