I get the following message when I try to access my forum.  About two months ago I upgraded to 2.0.13 but it appears the data base did not
get upgraded. Can someone help with what steps I should take.

The table 'smf_log_online' is full
File: /hermes/bosnaweb04b/b1727/ipw.stevedgo/public_html/community/Sources/Subs.php
Line: 2673

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 2.0.13, while your database is at version 2.0.7. The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

Before I refreshed the web page I has this error
The table 'smf_members' is full

How large is the DB? This seems like a server issue.

A table-full error means it may be that the disk is full or that the table has reached its maximum size.
