Starring myself blind - where is setting for activating new members

This is on the border of being embarrassing - but where do I find the setting

"Method of registration employed for new members"

In admin - general - where?

I am wondering if perhaps a plugin removed the opion

Thank you. Interestingly it was set to "immediate", so I guess an anispam plugin I used must have been what forced me to manually accept all members. Thanks for guiding me towards the option!
