[BUGs] Attachments and Avatars

I notced that one of my members was spamming my baord with attacments, so I went into the attachment file to start deleting the files. I finished and desided to look in the Avatars. (Bug 1) The first one on the list was from a member named "N/A" last active "Never" and it linked to user id 3 (a deleted account). The file was left on the server, after the user had been deleted. (Bug 2) Then I was looking at thumbnails and there were thumbnails from deleted attachments aswell.
