Unable to load Themes/default/index.template.php

I installed smf finish already. And everything is ok (4-5 days). But today my forum is fell. The error is Unable to load Themes/default/index.template.php

What 's happen?
How can I correct its?

reupload a fresh copy of index.template.php and that should fix it.  maybe you did some modifications or something.

I upload the fresh copy of index.template.php already. But the error still display.

Next step Please....

Try doing an upgrade with the same SMF version..if any of your files or database tables is somehow wrong, they will be corrected by that.
