hi, i recently had ipb 2.0 and i have switched to smf, i have lost all posts etc as i knew, but i would like to import them all back into smf, i have all backed up files of my old ipb site

If you don't have any posts or members (besides yourself) on your SMF board, you can use the converter (either the one in the 1.1 Converters topic or the one on the download page depending on which version of SMF you're using) to get all your posts and other information.
