downgrade 1.1rc1 to 1.0.5

it is possible to downgrade 1.1rc1 to 1.0.5 ?

i think it will be work if i update to vbulletin and then downgrade to smf 1.0.5 ?

has any1 experience with this or tried this ?

i want to downgrade because 1.1 is not stable.
if more than 30 user is online at the same time comes a error :  "server is too busy"
i got no 1.0.5 backups.

the karma system dont works on 1.1rc1.

Not sure if the vB method will work, you'll loose some data in the process.

30 users should be a piece of cake for 1.1RC1. RC1 would even be handling it better than 1.0.5. What is the exact error?

i enabled karma at admin panel. no problems.
but if i want to give points for an user then:
Karma error :
An Error Has Occurred!
Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.


dont know the exact error (30 users).
but i think it was.
"cant connect to database" server tu busy please try again later.

if i refresh the site 4-5 times then it works.

The karma problem is caused by a template that hasn't been updated. As for the database error, it's hard to say what's the cause of the database being busy. Are you experiencing it a lot when there are 30 users online? Are you on a dedicated server?

i think i have to wait for newer releases and updates for 1.1.rc1 because u say i will loose data from smf to vb and vb to smf 1.0.5.
what kind of data i will loose ? i got 20000 users and over 35000 posts.

i tried to convert smf to vb. it works but the passwords from users dont work. they have to order new passwords.

when u think we get updates ?

and how can i enable the info center at the bottom ?

I don't know the vB converter, but I assume converting a board twice will most likely loose some data like passwords (as you mentioned), karma, etc.

The info center should by default be enabled, but maybe not in your theme(?)

before i not enabled this function the error comes more..

last week i enabled persistant connection and the error comes not so often but 3-4 times per day..
