mk Portal and SMF

I hope this is in the right area.

I updated to SMF 1.1 and updated mkPortal to the new version.
Everything seems to work fine until I make a post. I loose the icons in the portal menu and shuch.
There seems to be some kind of path problem.

It's looking for the icons/ in the forum folder when it should be looking in the portal.

also, many of the links are messed up too.

Seeing that it got moved, I guess it was not in the right area. Sorry.. it's hard to tell where to put what sometimes.
Anyone here have any ideas what's wrong and how I can fix this?
