PHPBB to SMF

I am having a heck of a time trying to figure out what to do. I have a rather large PHPBB board and I would like to convert to SMF. What do I do and how do I do it? Please help as my other board has been hijacked and it is down.

It stops here and says that converting the posts was unsuccesful. Reason being


Caused the error:

Duplicate entry '5273' for key 1

I have made it past that part but it has been on Converting...
Recalculating forum statistics... Incomplete.   for quite some time now. Is that normal?

The convertor phpbb to smf will not stop calculating posts. Is there something that I can do to make it stop? Please help.

You can also let the forum statistics be recalculated within SMF ('admin' -> 'Forum Maintenance' -> 'Find and repair any errors' and 'Recount all forum totals and statistics'). So if it times out, or you think it has, it's possible to do it afterwards.
