You realize that this is only going to bog down the Admins more and make it nearly impossible for them to reply to the valid PMs they will get.

While this is a valid concern IMO the admins haven't taken the correct course of action by enabling it.  If it truely does become a problem then can reverse it.
As for the function in general it would be nice if you could specify other groups that could also recieve the reports.  Such as if you had a membergroup that was designed for user support.
