Okay, i'm not sure if this is in the right place, but, please, help me out. Okay, with my forum,
hxxp:www.board.anime-metropolis.com [nonactive] , everything is in PHP! I don't really know how to work
with PHP at all.. is there any way to convert the board to HTML?

No there isn't, sorry.

Take a look at Parham's PHP Tutorials and the manual at www.php.net. There are also a lot of great books on PHP.
