database UPGRADE ?!!?

Today When ive tryed to Edit some boards on my forum ive got this Error
[I Use SMF 1.1 RC 1]
HOw to solve this

Ive Done That [run upgrade.php] BUt now i got a "Big" error :

Can't open file: 'smf_messages.MYI' (errno: 144)

And i can't login to Forum ... What to Do? [ i have an Backup ]

Try repairing the smf_messages table.  You can do it from your website's control panel or you can use phpMyAdmin and execute this query:

repair table smf_messages
