1.1 RC1 Install Problem

I seem to have gotten an install working but I get this at the bottom of each page:

Sorry, the copyright must be in the template.
Please notify this forum's administrator that this site is using an ILLEGAL copy of SMF!

Make sure that all files are uploaded especially the template files.

and language package files.

As far as I can tell all of the files are there but I am going to uninstall and install again just to be sure.

Also check permissions. If you follow the install guide you should be just fine. Sometimes not giving the correct file permissions also generates this error.
