Broken install of smf 1.1 rc1

I dont know if anyone can get to this url but if you can, can you tell me what the heck is wrong with this:

Its supposed to be a fresh install of smf 1.1 rc1 I just installed it.

Well it looks like crap over here. Not one image is showing at all over here.

Well whats going on. I have did like over 100 installs of smf 1.0.5 and 1.1rc1 and this all the text is huge no pics show up and I cnt get into the admin panel cause that row of buttons at the top disappears on me. I dont understand this. I have ftp`d the image files 3 times and went through the install guide on this forum and chmodded everything to its proper permissions. I`ll take a screenshot to show you. Its not showing here at all very good.

Looks like its not reading your css file correctly

Might be worth having a clear out locally, cookies history & a reboot

Do you have a redirect or something strange going on

View source doesnt seem to pick up on your forum folder is your path correct

My main board is at http://www.mywworld.com this is a subdomain of that site. There is no redirect set up. I just created the subdomain last night so I guess its possible it has something to do with DNS. I have emptied my cookies, cache. I have not tried a reboot yet. Also it works great in Firefox here to. All paths in the admin cp look to be pointing to the right places. I`ll try a reboot.

EDIT: I just cleaned everything up and it still does it in IE, strange thing is when I came to this site it did it here to. Any suggestions.

Ya know, this could be the problem, I didnt put it in a folder, I uploaded smf right to the "adc" folder,thats were the "index.php" is.

Stick it in a forum folder & use repairsettings.php

I feel pretty foolish now, I should have known to put it in a folder. Thanks for all the time ppl. :-)
